Google AdSense is a great free service that Google provides to website owners that allows them to make some extra money from their sites. Once a website owner has a Google AdSense account, they can display ads (served from Google.com) on their pages. If their users click these ads, they make money.
First, you need to create a nerdynews.com account. During this process you will be asked to either create a new Google AdSense account (which we can do behind the scenes for you) or associate with an existing account. Once your account is all set up, you can post stories. If those stories are popular, they will recieve more prominent position on the site (perhaps making it to the homepage). Each story has its own comment page. The ads shown on a stories comment page are split 50/50 with the user who submitted that story. Eventually (depending on how you've set up your Google AdSense account), Google will mail send you the money you've earned.
